For instance, we recently developed a high-voltage harness for an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, using 12AWG tinned copper conductors with double-layer silicone insulation, capable of handling 300V and 300A continuous current. The harness underwent rigorous testing, including thermal cycling from -55°C to 150°C, vibration testing per DO-160G, and flex testing over 10,000 cycles.
