Different from ordinary industrial wiring harnesses, new energy ones are designed to adapt to 400V–1000V high-voltage platforms, 200A–800A high current, a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃ and strong electromagnetic interference environments, which imposes stringent requirements on insulation voltage resistance, fire retardancy, shielding performance, mechanical strength and environmental durability. Our new energy wiring harnesses adopt a multi-layer composite insulation and special high-voltage shielding structure. The insulation layer, made of high-temperature resistant cross-linked polyethylene and flame-retardant silicone rubber, has a voltage resistance of up to 1000V AC/1500V DC, perfectly compatible with 800V high-voltage fast charging platforms. The core conductors are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper with low conductive loss and strong current-carrying capacity, stably bearing 200A–800A. With tin-plated anti-oxidation treatment, the long-term operation temperature rise is ≤5℃, eliminating overheating risks. All products pass high-voltage insulation, voltage breakdown and leakage protection tests, avoiding high-voltage safety hazards from the source.
To resist strong electromagnetic interference from motors, electronic control units and inverters, our harnesses adopt a dual-layer shielding structure (aluminum foil + tinned copper mesh), effectively isolating electromagnetic clutter and avoiding signal crosstalk or delay. Integrating power, signal, control and communication wires, they accurately connect battery packs, motor controllers, BMS and on-board chargers, ensuring stable power supply and real-time data interaction.
The outer sheath is made of high-performance flame-retardant, oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for complex scenarios like outdoor use and vehicle installation. It has a wide temperature resistance of -40℃ to 150℃, IP67 dustproof and waterproof grade, and a reinforced tensile structure to withstand millions of vibrations, meeting the requirements of new energy vehicle chassis and battery packs. For narrow spaces, our harnesses adopt high-flexibility multi-strand conductors with a minimum bending radius of 3 times the wire diameter, enduring 5 million repeated bends, and support compact and concealed wiring for easy installation and maintenance.

We introduce fully automatic equipment (Model: JH-8000 wire cutting & stripping machine, KZ-600 servo crimping machine) to realize automatic production, with wire cutting error ≤±0.1mm and crimping pressure accuracy ±0.1N. Key positions use high-precision laser welding to avoid heat generation and signal loss. Our technical team conducts differentiated protection on movable and fixed parts, adding insulation layers to high-voltage harnesses to reduce short circuit risks.
